El Gobierno reglamentará el pago de aquella cantidad en cuotas proporcionales, en armonía con los trabajos de colonización de la Junta, lo mismo que la rendición de las cuentas y la comprobación de la inversión que se les dé á los fondos provenientes del Tesoro Público.
