º Mientras se contrata el seguro de vida colectivo, y comienza éste a hacerlo efectivo, descontará el Cajero General de la Policía Nacional quince (15) centavos ( $0.15) a cada uno de los miembros de la institución, cuando ocurra el fallecimiento de uno cualquiera de éstos, con el objeto de que tal descuento sirva de base a las indemnizaciones de que trata el artículo anterior.
