Art. 1. ° Hasta el día treinta i uno de agosto del presente año, se admitirán espedientes sobre reclamo de pension. Los individuos que no reclamen dentro del término prefijado, no tienen derecho a exijir el titulo hasta tanto que una lei así lo determine. De este decreto se dará cuenta ni al congreso nacional en sus próximas sesiones, i se solicitara de él una lei sobre la materia.
