Artículo cuarentaiocho. Extensión del Servicio del Correo a las áreas rurales. De conformidad por lo dispuesto con la Ley 8ª de 1964, el Servicio de Correos Nacionales se extenderá a los corregimientos y demás poblados rurales en donde existan oficinas de la Administración Pública, de acuerdo con los planes trazados por la Administración Postal nacional.
