Aplicación temporal La modificación introducida por el artículo 1 o del presente decreto se aplicará a las solicitudes de tutela presentadas a partir de su vigencia. Las solicitudes presentadas con anterioridad se repartirán confonne a las pautas vigentes en la fecha de su presentación y, una vez asignadas, continuarán su trámite sin redistribución por causa de este decreto. Las impugnaciones se tramitarán, en todo caso, confonne al artículo 32 del Decreto Ley 2591 de 1991 y a las disposiciones internas vigentes que resulten aplicables.
