Artículo octavo. Los servicios o agencias privadas lucrativas de colocación o empleo, cualquiera que sea la modalidad de operación o de funcionamiento, podrán cobrar por concepto de inscripción al aspirante trabajador hasta cinco pesos ($ 5.00) moneda corriente, por una sola vez, dentro del respectivo año calendario.
