º . Período de los diputados. El inciso segundo del artículo 299 de la Constitución Política quedará así: El período de los diputados será de cuatro (4) años y estarán sometidos en lo pertinente al mismo régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades que la Constitución establece para los congresistas y a las demás que señale la ley.
