Corresponde al Ilustrísimo señor Obispo de la Diócesis de Cali señalar el sitio o sitios donde debe hacerse la demarcación del área de tierras baldías que se ceden por la presente Ley, sin las limitaciones de que tratan los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ley 61 de 1874 .
