° Solicitud de liquidación. Los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales deberán solicitar la liquidación del auxilio de cesantía a que se refiere el artículo 22 dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses de 1969 y acompañar los documentos necesarios para realizarla. Si la solicitud no se formula oportunamente, el empleado o trabajador no devengará intereses sobre el monto de la respectiva cesantía hasta cuando, hecha la solicitud extemporánea, practicada la liquidación y transmitida al Fondo, éste acredite la suma respectiva a favor del empleado o trabajador.
