Para el beneficio de pensión o de sueldo de retiro a que tienen derecho los Oficiales del Ejército, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en las Leyes 71 de 1915 y 75 de 1925, se les computara los servicios administrativos y civiles prestados por ellos en tiempo de guerra.
