Establézcase el día 10 de octubre del año 2025, cono fecha para el inicio de los actos protocolarios a los que haya lugar con motivo de la conmemoración de la que trata esta ley y a partir de la fecha, cada año se celebrarán actos que mantengan en los propios y foráneos el reconocimiento histórico por este municipio.
