Art. A. Durante el año de 1889 habrá en la Oficina general de Cuentas hasta cuatro Contadores supernumerarios, que se encargarán del examen y fenecimiento de las cuentas nacionales que queden pendientes el 31 de Diciembre del año en curso, de acuerdo con las reglas que establece la presente ley. El examen y fenecimiento de dichas cuentas debe quedar terminado á más tardar el 31 de Diciembre de 1889.

Los mismos Contadores supernumerarios, continuarán el examen de las cuentas generales de los Departamentos, hasta la correspondiente al mes de Diciembre próximo inclusive.
