Es obligatorio á las goletas procedentes de Curazao el recalar en Bahíahonda, debiendo allí el Comandante del Resguardo cerrar y sellar las bodegas en que llegue el cargamento, y situar a bordo uno ó dos Guardas que custodiarán la embarcación hasta el puerto de Riohacha, siendo absolutamente prohibido arribar á la costa en el trayecto de Bahíahoada á Riohacha, salvo el caso de mal tiempo ó de avería de la goleta, debidamente comprobados.
