Salvo lo dispuesto en normas legales especiales y contra los actos administrativos que dicte la Junta Directiva, el Gerente General o los funcionarios con competencia para ello, proceden los recursos establecidos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, según la naturaleza de los actos.
