Iniciación del apoyo académico especial. El Apoyo Académico Especial se puede iniciar por cualquiera de las siguientes vías:

Solicitud presentada por los padres de familia o acudientes del estudiante, en la entidad territorial de origen certificada en educación.

Solicitud presentada por los padres de familia o acudientes del estudiante, en la entidad territorial receptora certificada en educación.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación regularán el procedimiento para la recepción y trámite de las solicitudes, el cual deberá ser expedito y claro.
