Cobertura del Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante en eventos de suspensión involuntaria del contrato de trabajo. El Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante cobija en los mismos términos previstos por la Ley 1636 de 2013, a los trabajadores que se encuentren en suspensión temporal involuntaria del contrato de trabajo, por las causales de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito y por la suspensión de actividades o clausura temporal de la empresa, hasta por 120 días, previa autorización del Ministerio del Trabajo.
