La información que reciba el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en desarrollo de los procesos de evaluación y verificación de los programas y de las instituciones de Educación Superior, tendrá el carácter de reserva, y solo podrá ser conocida por la correspondiente Institución a través de su representante legal o apoderado.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional publicará en el sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior, SNIES, las decisiones favorables de los correspondientes procesos de evaluación.
