El presente decreto reglamenta el acceso al subsidio familiar de vivienda de interés social para las madres comunitarias vinculadas a los programas de hogares comunitarios de Bienestar, Famis y Madres Sustitutas, previamente certificadas por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y afiliadas a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar.
