Art. 61. Los alumnos internos del Instituto no costeados por la Nacion pagarán al Subdirector del Instituto la cantidad de ciento cincuenta pesos de ley ($ 150), como pension por el año escolar, en dos contados, á saber: setenta y cinco pesos ($ 75) el 1.° de Julio. Pagado un contado no habrá derecho á devolucion de la parte que no haya sido devengada.
