Artículo vigésimo. De conformidad, con los artículos 8° y 13 del Acuerdo de Cooperación entre la Organización; de los Estados Americanos (O. E. A.) y el Instituto Caro y Cuervo, éste facilitará para los trabajos y consultas del Centro Andrés Bello, los servicios de su Biblioteca, en la cual se constituirá, principalmente para uso del Centro, una Sección de Autores Americanos, para cuyo incremento la Unión Panamericana solicitará de las instituciones oficiales y privadas de los Estados miembros el envío de libros y revistas.
