Con destino a los gastos relacionados con la-preparación, organización y desarrollo del Festival Folclórico Interamericano y del Concurso Folclórico Nacional. que han de celebrarse en la ciudad de Manizales en enero de 1961, aprópiase la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos $ 150.000.00 moneda corriente los cuales serán pagados a la Oficina de Fomento y Turismo de dicha ciudad, como entidad organizadora del certamen.
