°. La libreta a que se refiere el Artículo 35 del Decreto 3118 de 1968, podrá entregarse a cada trabajador por intermedio de la entidad a la cual presta sus servicios. En tal evento, la respectiva entidad será responsable de la entrega. En caso de pérdida de dicha libreta, será reemplazada en forma que determine la Junta Directiva del Fondo.
