Art. 2.°. El Secretario de Guerra i Marina Dispondrá que el reconocimiento pedido se practique por dos facultativos o peritos de notorio abono que al efecto nombrará, elijiéndolos de preferencia entre los cirujanos del ejército. Los facultativos, al hacer el reconocimiento, tendrán presente lo dispuesto en el artículo 1.° de la lei citada, para el efecto de espresar si la invalidez es notoria. Este reconocimiento se hará ante el Jefe de Estado Mayor de la Division residente en la capital.
