Litisconsortes facultativos . Salvo disposición en contrario, los litisconsortes facultativos serán considerados en sus relaciones con la contraparte, como litigantes separados. Los actos de cada uno de ellos no redundarán en provecho ni en perjuicio de los otros, sin que por ello se afecte la unidad del proceso.
