Durante la diligencia, el funcionario instructor o el juez, de oficio o a petición de cualquiera de los interesados, puede hacer cualquier investigación tendiente al esclarecimiento de los hechos, y ampliar los puntos materia de la inspección y aquellos sobre que deben dictaminar los peritos, a quienes, si lo solicitan, se les podrá dar un término hasta de diez días para que rindan su dictamen.
