El sindicato que declare una huelga con violación de las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia sufrirá una multa de cien pesos a trescientos pesos, que impondrá en la capital de la República la Oficina General del Trabajo, y en las demás ciudades los Inspectores Generales del Trabajo, o en su defecto el respectivo Alcalde Municipal.
