°. Modifícase el artículo 459 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 459. Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial. El Régimen Aduanero Especial establecido en este título se aplicará exclusivamente a las mercancías que se importen por el Puerto de Leticia, el Aeropuerto Internacional Vásquez Cobo y el paso de frontera entre Brasil y Colombia sobre la Avenida Internacional, en el departamento del Amazonas, para consumo o utilización en los municipios de Leticia y Puerto Nariño y el Corregimiento de Tarapacá.

Parágrafo

Los beneficios y las demás disposiciones referidas al municipio de Leticia, contempladas en el presente decreto, se entenderán igualmente aplicables al, municipio de Puerto Nariño y al corregimiento de Tarapacá”.
