Subsidios para las zonas no interconectables. Cuando la CREG considere que en las zonas no interconectables, el costo eficiente de suministro de energía deba ser subsidiado en mayor cuantía a la establecida en el artículo 99.6 de la Ley 142 de 1994, podrá autorizar que éstos se calculen teniendo en cuenta los costos que recuperen la inversión más los del combustible autorizado.
