Funciones del Comité de Vigilancia. Este Comité tendrá las siguientes funciones:

Ser veedor de la ejecución del proyecto.

Presentar oportuna y justificadamente al Comité de Validación, solicitudes de modificación de las obras.

Dar a conocer al Comité de Validación, de manera oportuna, cualquier anomalía o reclamo en la ejecución del proyecto o cualquier otra situación que ponga en riesgo los recursos o el cumplimiento de la finalidad del subsidio.

Las demás que se determinen en el Reglamento Operativo del Programa.
