LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.3.2.7. Funciones administrativas de los cónsules honorarios. Son funciones de índole administrativa:

Mantener los archivos del Consulado Honorario en estricto orden;

Establecer un horario de atención al público, de acuerdo con la costumbre del Estado Receptor, lo cual deberá ser comunicado a la Embajada y Oficina Consular de Carrera de su lugar de ubicación, y a la Dirección de Asuntos Migratorios, Consulares y de Atención al Ciudadano. El horario de atención deberá ser ubicado en un lugar visible del establecimiento donde funcione la Oficina Consular Honoraria.
