Licencias. Las empresas de vigilancia privada para la prestación de los servicios deberán obtener licencia de funcionamiento expedida por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, previo el lleno de los requisitos legales establecidos en el artículo 20 de este Decreto y concepto favorable de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
