El régimen de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (Findeter) es el de derecho privado; en todo caso, se someterá al régimen propio de las sociedades de economía mixta no asimiladas al de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, independientemente de la participación del capital público en su patrimonio.
