Dentro del primer mes de cada año calendario, el Banco de la República girará a Ecopetrol las utilidades acumuladas en el año inmediatamente anterior que correspondan a cada una de las entidades participes en el Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera. Ecopetrol girará en moneda nacional, las sumas correspondientes a cada entidad, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que las reciba.
