La Comisión de Precios del Petróleo y del Gas Natural ejercerá las funciones asignadas en las disposiciones respectivas, así como las correspondientes al Consejo Nacional de Petróleos de que tratan las normas legales y reglamentarias en vigencia. La Oficina de Planeación del Ministerio ejercerá las funciones de Secretaría de la Comisión y las de Control de Precios de los derivados del Petróleo y de Gas Natural.
