Los Departamentos y las Municipalidades del país visitados por turistas, reconocidos por la tarjeta de identidad, no cobraran impuesto alguno a los vehículos de propiedad de tales turistas, y tendrán como válidas las matrículas o licencias expedidas a su favor en otros lugares. Dicha concesión deberán hacerla por un término hasta de quince días.
