°. Asesor del Consejo Superior de Turismo . El Consejo Superior de Turismo contará con un asesor designado por el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Esta designación recaerá en una persona de reconocida calidad y experiencia en materia turística. Los honorarios y gastos que demande dicha asesoría serán con cargo a los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Turismo, cuyo administrador celebrará la contratación pertinente de acuerdo con las instrucciones que para el efecto imparta el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Artículo 8°. Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
