°. Medidas tecnológicas y administrativa s. Establézcase un plazo de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente acto administrativo para implementar las herramientas tecnológicas y otras medidas administrativas que se requieran para que las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio asuman la función descrita en el artículo 7° del presente decreto.
