Artículo tercero. El Procurador Delegado para la Vigilancia Administrativa será nombrado por el Procurador General de la Nación, con aprobación del Presidente de la República, y ejercerá su empleo por el mismo período del Procurador General de la Nación. No podrá ser removido sino por manifiesta incompetencia o mala conducta.
