F ondo de Solidaridad Pensional. El Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional es una cuenta especial de la Nación, sin personería jurídica, adscrita al Ministerio del Trabajo, destinado a ampliar la cobertura mediante un subsidio a las cotizaciones para pensiones de los grupos de población que por sus características y condiciones socioeconómicas no tienen acceso a los sistemas de seguridad social.
