Decreto 1183 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamenta el otorgamiento de rutas y horarios por carreteras de uso público del país, mediante permiso.

Cuando el Instituto Nacional del Transporte realice estudios de oficio, las publicaciones se harán con cargo al Instituto. Las empresas que deseen atender las rutas y horarios publicados deberán presentar propuesta por escrito al Instituto Nacional del Transporte, dentro de los términos señalados en el artículo 6º de este Decreto, acompañada únicamente del plan de rodamiento de todas las rutas de la empresa incluyendo el de la solicitada. Así mismo, las empresas que presenten oposición deberán hacerlo conforme al

Parágrafo

del artículo 7º de este Decreto.
