Las aeronaves de propiedad particular no podrán llevar, sin licencia especial concedida por el Gobierno, aparatos de telegrafía inalámbrica ni hacer uso de aparatos fotográficos, salvo las estipulaciones en contrario, que contengan los contratos vigentes. Asimismo les es absolutamente prohibido transportar explosivos, armas y municiones.
