Decreto 1611 de 1998 · por el cual se subroga el Decreto 3111 del 30 de diciembre de 1997.

Plazo. Las empresas de transporte marítimo, tanto nacionales como extranjeras que en la actualidad presten servicios entre, desde o hacia puertos colombianos, tendrán plazo hasta el 30 de junio de 1999, para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

Las empresas de transporte marítimo registradas o con asignación de ruta por DIMAR a la fecha de expedición del decreto 3111 del 30 de diciembre de 1997, se consideran habilitadas y/o con permiso de operación para todos los efectos hasta el 30 de junio de 1999, plazo dentro del cual deben obtener la habilitación y/o permiso de operación de que trata el presente decreto, para continuar prestando servicios.
