Art. 343. Por el Ministro de Instrucción Pública se practicarán conferencias cada tres meses en los Institutos universitarios existentes en la capital. & 1º En dos clases sacadas á la suerte serán examinados dos alumnos de cada una de éstas, sacados también á la suerte. & 2º En caso de mal éxito del examen, el respectivo Catedrático tiene derecho á designar un alumno que defienda la clase.
