Art. 214. Corresponde á la Corte el examen y fenecimiento en primera y segunda instancia de las cuentas que debe formar y rendirle el Administrador general de Hacienda; y el de las cuentas generales de los demás empleados de manejo.

Parágrafo

Corresponde igualmente á la Corte de Cuentas el examen y fenecimiento en primea y segunda instancia de las cuentas que están obligadas á presentar las empresas á las cuales se les haya garantizado un interés sobre el capital invertido, ó tengan auxilio ó subvención del Tesoro nacional, mientras gocen de este beneficio.
