Obligaciones del trabajador independiente. El trabajador independiente debe cumplir con las normas del Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, en especial con las siguientes

a)

Procurar el cuidado integral de su salud;

b)

Participar en las actividades de Prevención y Promoción, organizadas por la Empresa, el Comité Paritario de Salud Ocupacional, o el Vigía Ocupacional correspondiente;

c)

Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del Programa de Salud Ocupacional del contratante;

d)

Utilizar los elementos de protección personal y participar en los programas y actividades de promoción y prevención;
