Articulo 91. De las comisiones en el interior y en el exterior . Corresponderá al jefe del organismo, o a los funcionarios a quienes se atribuya esta competencia, autorizar las comisiones que hayan de desarrollarse en el interior del país. Las comisiones que deban cumplirse en el exterior del país deberán ser autorizadas previamente por el Gobierno y se otorgarán mediante decreto o resolución de acuerdo con las normas generales sobre la materia.
