Vigencia Del Documento Que Acredita Al Titular Fabricante Para La Actividad Vichera/Bichera Con Fines De Registro Sanitario

Vigencia del documento que acredita al titular fabricante para la actividad vichera/bichera con fines de Registro Sanitario. El documento que acredita al titular fabricante para la actividad vichera/bichera con fines de la obtención de Registro Sanitario, tendrá vigencia mientras el titular cumpla con las condiciones y características descritas en la Ley 2158 de 2021 y en el presente Título.

La Dirección de Patrimonio y Memoria del Ministerio de las Culturas, Artes y Saberes podrá emitir el documento que acredita al titular fabricante para la actividad vichera/bichera a los productores domiciliados en los territorios con vocación vichera/bichera, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 2158 de 2021 que hayan sido identificados en actividades y eventos donde participe o haga presencia el referido Ministerio en torno a la salvaguardia del Viche/Biche.
