La cuantía de tales préstamos se regulará en función del sueldo, tiempo de servicio y necesidad o urgencia, pero en ningún caso podrá exceder de la mitad del valor de la cesantía causada en la fecha de la solicitud. La concesión de los préstamos será privativa de la Gerencia, pero la Junta Directiva podrá reservarse el derecho de autorizar los que excedan de determinada cuantía.
