° Cuando la asignación básica mensual de los empleos a que se refiere este Decreto sea igual o inferior a $ 7.800 los respectivos empleados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un auxilio de transporte de $ 170 mensuales. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la entidad preste el servicio de transporte a los lugares de trabajo. Este auxilio no será incompatible con los auxilios especiales que actualmente reconoce el Instituto.
