Se declara igualmente vía nacional la que partiendo del punto denominado Noanamá, en la Provincia de San Juan, de la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, vaya a la población de Bolívar, en la Provincia de Arboleda, en el Departamento del Valle; y se destina la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) en el Presupuesto de cada una de las vigencias de 1914 y 1915, para atender a la construcción de dicha obra. El Poder Ejecutivo procederá cuanto antes a la ejecución de los trabajos, por conducto del Gobernador del Departamento del Valle.
